Mango Lassi

You can flavor your mango lassi with a few drops of rose water or a pinch of ground cardamom, and also sprinkle ground pistachios on top before serving. I use cardamom in my recipe and I garnish my mango lassi with fresh mint leaves from the garden. Also, use ripe, juicy fresh mango pulp. Canned mangoes work great, too. For a low-fat version, use low-fat yogurt and milk, and omit honey or sugar, if you wish.
