Let’s travel to Turkey in this class! The country’s beloved foods will come to our kitchen! First, you’ll learn how to make pide, stuffed flatbread – all from scratch – with a variety of delicious fillings. Then, we’ll make spinach-stuffed savory pie – loved on any Turkish table. The grand finale – Turkish baklava – stuffed with walnuts, succulent, crunchy on top and dripping with syrup. Turkey, here we come! Don’t miss out! This is not only a baking class, but a unique opportunity to learn about Turkish culture, socialize, have fun, and make new friends. Space is limited.
