Turkish Shepherd's Salad is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, rice pilafs, stews, and more, and is great on its own, too. A crunchy, refreshing concoction of finely chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and onion, perfumed with fresh herbs, and flavored with olive oil and lemon is simply perfect.
Recipe type: Salads
Serves: Serves about 4
  • 4 medium ripe, juicy tomatoes, finely chopped

  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
