We offer shipping from the United States Postal Service. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Please note that we'll ship teas separately to preserve quality.

It is critical that your email is correct on your account information or you provide us with a valid phone number, so that if there is ever a question about your order, we can contact you! Our primary mode of contact will be via email.

Insurance and tracking are not included in Media Mail® shipping costs, and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. Please contact us if you would like to arrange to pay for insurance or tracking.

It is our intention to ship all packages within 24 hours from the order, except the pre-ordered items.
