LOS ANGELES, CA, December 23, 2014— On December 13, 2016, a book signing event for “Pomegranates and Saffron” cookbook, took place in Gatsby Books bookstore in Long Beach, CA.

“Pomegranates and Saffron” is the first cookbook on Azerbaijani cuisine published in the US, In the 336-page Pomegranates and Saffron: A Culinary Journey to Azerbaijan readers can explore 200 tempting recipes for appetizers and salads, soups and stews, pasta, meat, vegetable and egg dishes, breads, saffron rice pilafs, aromatic drinks, and desserts, all adapted for preparation in a Western kitchen.
